Why don’t we ban Canada and Japan from the Olympics?

Canada hunts pup seals and Japan, whales.
Precisely, why link politics with games? Why are leaders talking about not attending the opening ceremony?

Simple… because we don’t have the authority.
what?
Don’t be a hater………

Following throught with your logic, might as well ban the US for fighting a stupid war in Iraq and banning all their other allies who are backing them. So whose left? A few African countries and Norway.
Better add a few more nations to the list if you’re going to be like that. By the way it is against regulations in Canada to kill seal pups.
Other Seal hunting nations- Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Greenland Iceland Nambia, Norway Russia and native hunts continue in the US
In the UK fishers are allowed to shoot seals
Germany hunts wild boar
Australia slaughter Kangaroo
Spain has bull fighting
The United States hunt deer and other game they are also a large meat producer. not to mention they are one of the few first world nations to still have the death penalty.
Ever nation of the world has slaughter houses
Yes, and we should also ban the United States for torturing people and producing land mines.
youre forgetting the fact that not all canadians hunt seals, and many americans come to canada to hunt seals…some people need to in order to survive
that being said, people are boycotting the summer olympics in beijing because of the genocide
