what are some survival games on xbox 360?

when i say survival games, i mean like you have to hunt animals and fish and build shelter and like that. kind of like cabellas 2010 but with more of an rpg feel. like for example : you can go wherever you want and you can find rabbit holes and set traps for them and a couple hours later you can come back and check them and if u see birds flyin above you, you can whip out ur shotty and kill em for dinner. Have any of you ever seen a game like this?

pretty much like an rpg survival / hunting game?
