what are fun outside games for 5-12 year olds to play?
Byim a summer camp councilor and the age group i council are between the ages of 5-12.
we’re outside all day and sometimes run out of ideas on what to play with them.
we have practically all the sports equipment things you can think of.
so far we have:
mother may i
scavenger hunt
red light green light
dodgeball
kickball
so yeah i need more!!(:
please help me.

octupus-the kids stand at one end of a rectangular yard or somtheing, blacktop, and someone stands in the middle and says a color. who ever is wearing that color has to run acroos and try not to get tagged. who ever is taged has to help get all the other people. who ever is tagged first is it in the next round. i don’t know if this will work with such a large age group, but you can try it.
try a junior olymics like running and stuff

Hey um well its my party soon too and im stuck for ideas too I think we are going to play soccer and maby criket but i dont know also dodge ball too. Please help me too btw im a little bit old for stuff like hide and seek and tiggi. Just saying. Thanx!
