What all will I need to hunt Whitetail in Texas as a non-resident?

Already have the land and hunters safety course covered. I need to know about license, tags etc…I have looked on-line but don’t see anything about tags. Can someone that’s done this please help me out? Thanks! Keep in mind, I am from Oklahoma so I will be a non-resident.
