.270 win
7mm-08 remington
30-30 win
30-06 springfield
6.5x55mm
.270 WSM
.243 (not really a deer rifle to me)
.308 win
.303 british
Some may shoot 7mm rem mags with recoil pads.
15 is alot of calibers for a small window. If that is what you’re even looking for.
Look at Weatherby, Savage, Remington, and Stevens youth model rifles, you maybe able to use a regular sized gun.
First make sure it fits you. I had a long reach at 12 and shot an adult rifle so you need to make sure you need a youth rifle first. Otherwise Savage has a good youth model.
I don’t know if anybody has actually surveyed the top 15, but I would be willing to bet Number one would be Winchester Model 94 in .30-30 followed by 14 other makes.

Personally, I wouldn’t teach my kid how to kill unless we needed the food.
