I am currently a college student looking for a dog for my senior year to bring along hunting duck and waterfoul with. The thing is ill be living in a small house or appartment for 1 year. Is there any breed that would be good for living in an appartment for one year as a puppy then a house with a larger yard when i graduate?
I am looking at apartments and houses that have open space near by for dogs and that’s not the problem. I plan on exercising them regularly and having them trained professionally for hunting. I am just curious about which breeds would be ok with this or any recommended breads. My class load isn’t too large. Im enrolled in mechaincal engineering and am on the downhill side of classes now. they are not all too demanding and i will have several breaks a day to come home to do what needs done along with having a roommate willing to help. Primarily i am looking for suggestions on breeds of dogs which would be recommended for this situation and not if i can do it. I know I am able to do it.
