News story, courtesy of Y!A homepage.

Here’s the background: Last year Kid Rock got into a 5 AM dust-up in a Waffle House in Atlanta. Nothing that would have been too out of place in your high-school lunch room–assuming they served chicken and waffles at your high school at 5 in the morning. Just some guys exchanging words, then punches, and breaking a window. But the police were called, a brief interlude behind bars ensued, and in the end Kid Rock got 80 hours of community service.

Kid Rock gets in a fight…at a WAFFLE HOUSE… All we need to hear now is that the fight was against Larry the Cable Guy over a girl they both went hog hunting with in the woods behind her confederate flag painted house on wheels.

ok. the neighbor on the left of my farm, which is fairly close to my house, beat my dog when she got out, and tried to kill her. he had taken my dog into his house. i went looking for her when i heard the screams, (pebbles is 25lbs, max) he came out on his porch and told me the dog was on his porch, or rather indicated that she was on his porch. she was “over here” he said. and he continued to say that i would never have to worry about her anymore. i went to his porch, and he hit me on the head. i never even made to the staircase. he hit me with a metal broom handle. i called the sheriff, and the deputy did nothing. she said that pebbles was vicious to her. pebbles was scared, she is a rescue, and she had just been beaten. the deputy was leaning into her space to take a picture of her nose, which had been busted open. the neighbor lied on his report, saying that i attempted to break in to his home to get my dog.
i was sent a notice to appear for “unruly at home” charges.
the judge was not happy. he released the case. he also advised us to get a restraining order against the neighbor. he has been shooting at my field, barn cats and property. he put up a “fence” which consisted of colored rope tied to sticks in the ground. he put no hunting signs on this fence. he stands out on his porch with a gun. he has now put up security cameras on his property, pointed toward my house. we don’t have a restraining order on him yet.
ok, i guess i forgot to metion, we have a four foot chain link fence all around our property, and our dogs are very well trained
sorry spindrift. i don’t have the luxury of being able to just move away. and as the daughter and the niece of two marines, i don’t run away. we help our own.

What game animal is this.?

Posted by: admin | Comments (5)

I live in the pacific nw. I went hog hunting today and found no hogs. But while scouting around prior to departing I found this spot where you could tell and animal was bedded down for the night. There were many game trials leading in and out of the area. There were droppings along the trail but they were small like marbles and there was what looked like ground up apples, as if the were eaten then vomited but there were a few large piles. Did not notice any scratch or rub marks or prints. So if i were to set up in the what do you think I would find a hog, elk, deer, bear. The only animals that I did see were a pair wolves whom stumbled upon me but they ran off. What animal den did I find?

They weren’t even on this rancher’s land! Do you think this family deserved to be held at gun point with military-style rifles?

ARIZONA SUPREME COURT REJECTS APPEAL OF VIGILANTE RANCHER WHO ATTACKED U.S. CITIZENS ON ARIZONA BORDER

The Morales family and Emma English, a family friend, filed suit after Barnett confronted them on state leased land, while they were on a family hunting trip. Armed with a semi-automatic military-style assault rifle, Barnett held the family at gunpoint, cursed and screamed racial slurs at them and threatened to kill them all. The jury heard the testimony of three young girls, all under the age of 12 at the time, that vividly described the event and the trauma they suffered at the hands of Barnett. The jury ultimately awarded the family $100,000 in damages, which Barnett must pay now that the Supreme Court has rejected his appeal.
These people are LEGAL CITIZENS!
