I’m 21 and live with my grandmother. recently I have gotten tired of things around here and doing the same routine day in and day out. I have a part time job so no real career at the moment. I would like to know the steps I should take in moving to Wisconsin from Mississippi. How would I go about finding a decent full time job there? How will I get my stuff there? When you rent, what does your rent cover? Electricity/water? I don’t know any of these things my parents never really taught me about this and to be honest I don’t want them to know I’d like to move out of state, at least not at the moment. I have a credit card and good credit, I recently got a new cell phone and didn’t have to pay a deposit, but I don’t know the exact score. And I also have a credit card which I am paying on because I got a laptop.
I just don’t know where to even begin I know where in Wisconsin I want to live and would like to move there within the next 3 years or less. I own a car which is nearly paid off within another year so I could drive although I have a fear I would get lost, I know someone who lives there who might could ask some questions if they came up for me but I’m not sure how much she could help. If someone knows a site that has lists of sites I could visit for more information about job hunting in one state while living in another, looking for apartments and learning how to rent one, and the best way to move from a state to another I would appreciate it. This is my first time moving out and it frightens me a bit that I will mess up.
