]]> I just got into PC gaming recently in my hunt for shooters. I play a ton like Gradius V (PS2), DoDonPachi (360 import), and this oldie called Mars Matrix (Dreamcast).

I’m looking at Satazius on Steam, but I can’t find a lot of developed shooters that are hard AND complex. I tried one called Touhou (not Steam), but it was very bland. What else is out there?

Vertical scrolling or sidescrolling please. No Geometry Wars style or fixed styles like Galaga.

]]> I have an ar-15 with a 16 inch bull barrel it has a 4-12×40 scope and a Harris bi-pod I am shooting 53 grain hornady superformance ammo. The gun is advertised as sub MOA but I can not seem to get a group smaller than 3 inches at 200 yards. I am mainly using this gun for varmint hunting mostly coyote hunting. Do you have any tips for me to steady my shot and become a better shooter?

]]> I got me a MN M44 and ran into the problem of that at night, it is practically imposible to use the iron sights and since i saved on the rifle, I have just enough to get a good scope mount mounted by a gunsmith and will have just enough left for an EOtech 512. I know it wont look conventional but its better than spending 850 on an Aimpoint that looks like a scope rather than 410. I have gotten praise and caught h*ll for even proprosing this idea. For what and the way I hunt, a magnified scope is practically uselless and the EOtech was in my budget and the way it is decigned (the parrallax free way you just put the reticule on it) allows for the quick acquisition of my target and the hard hitting 7.62x54R and my quick handeling M44 would make one h*ll of a lethal combonation. What do yall think? (if you going to say I am a dumb@ss, explain, if it is over the looks, you are the dumb@ss, I know its expensive but I have seen guys put 850 dollar Aimpoints on rifles EXACTLY like my M44 and the only difference is that I paid 200 and they spent about 700 on a similar)

if you get a chance, look into the winter issue of “Peterson’s Hog Hunting” magazine, they give praise for setups just like mine and are you calling them dumb@sses?
the real mike, you are right, its mine, not anyone elses, and no one has to answer or care, its just that I’m curious on why there are complete polar opposite reactions for and against

Derek, you got a point there, but with AR’s, it gives you an excuse to not be as good of a shot (no offence to those that are good shots, its just that most that i know with AR’s arnt like to “sling that lead”
probably goin to do it, can always take it off and put it on a later, better rifle, just wantin to see why some are so against it
magnification isnt that important within 200 yrds
