My friend is telling me that I wont ever use it, do you guys think I will use it? Is it worth spending the $50? Because I can get pretty stable up against a tree or rock. But its nice to be able to shoot even when there isnt anything around to set up on. Arizona can be very rocky, and sometimes doesnt have any trees.

First event…about 7 months ago, two sushi knives vanish from their block in conjunction with this kid spending 3-4 hours at the house. He was the only house guest we had around the time the knives went missing. Hubby and I grilled our son and tore the kitchen apart looking for them. Nothing.

Latest event, just four days ago, this kid was at our house (and under watchful eye) and lo and behold, a VERY sharp hunting knife goes missing from the case. We just noticed it today. We haven’t had any other houseguests and my husband and I aren’t the type that routinely misplace such items. We use them and clean them and put them back in their place. I spoke with this boy’s mom the first time, just told her *IF* he has the knives, they are VERY dangerous because they can cut through thick plastic with ease and they aren’t toys by a long shot. I tried to pass it off as concern for his safety so she would not get offended, but honestly…well, I’ll be nice here and shut up. I am quite pissed, and I’m thinking of going to the school since mother Mary since baby Jesus walks on water and heals the sick in his spare time.

This kid is 11-12 years old. My questions are, what course of action would you take given this situation, and did I overreact by telling my son he is NEVER to bring that child to my home ever again and I advised him to not even entertain his company in school and out and about. Thing is, I’ve no proof, only good suspicion based on common sense.
Indeed Sara, that goes without saying at this point. For his own personal safety, he should stay away from my house. I hate thieves with a passion.

Pardon my total ignorance on reloading but here goes.
I bought a used MEC 600 Jr. 12 ga. shotgun shell reloader. The bar in it has the numbers 302 on top of 138 and the powder bushing has the number 37 on it. I do not have any idea what powder to buy. The guy I bought it from said it was set up for heavy hunting loads which is what I would be using it for also. Mostly for pheasants with #5 shot. Any idea about what I should buy for powder…Red Dot..Blue Dot..Unique.. like I said I don’t have a clue and don’t want to blow up my gun (and face).
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

For the past few years I’ve been making baby blankets for my friends baby showers. I lived in a small town and walmart was the only place to buy gifts like that. Or travel 3 hours to the nearest city to shop. Or online. But I didn’t want to get just boring pink or blue whatever and it be lost in the sea of other similar items. So when my old collage roomate got pregnant I wanted something special to give her. I decided to make her a custom baby blanket to her tast. We are both country girls and so is her husband so I found a horse print and a hunting dog print and made her an adorable blanket with satin trim. I’ve done unique blankets for several friends and each time someone asks or suggest that I sell them. Materials cost about $20-25 and I’m wanting to sell them online eBay etsy other sites but what will people pay for unique blankets. I’ve done western, horses, dogs, frogs, lizards, John deer, wildlife and even skulls. Yes not a typo skulls pink skulls. which are very popular right now with many women in prime child bearing years. My sister loves the pink skull blankets. Most people want their baby shower gift to stand out and be remembered and my blankets do. So if you were surfing eBay or whatever looking for a baby shower gift or for your nursery and you found something that was perfect for your/their tast or theam what would you pay.
