Air rifle pellet split in half by knife

Posted by: | Comments (8)

The pellet shot by the crosman recruit at a knife was split in two. Check out my other video where I blow up a can of shaving cream. It is a .177 caliber pellet rifle shooting at 650 fps. Sniper like accuracy.

Also I would like something where the ammo is readily available, it is hard for me to find bullets for my mauser and they are getting more expensive.
All use but I mainly hunt elk, deer, and bear. Im willing to pay 500-600.

Just plinking away at some targets and using my new Casio EX-FC100 camera. Most of the videos are shot at 210 frames per second, the smaller ones are at 1000 frames per second. Rifle used is FX Typhoon T12 .22 calibre PCP. Visit www.nzairgunners.com for details on nearby clubs, air rifle hunting and competitions including Field Target.

Here’s my take on making a 1-12 Retro rifle that’s a dedicated 55 Grain bullet shooter, also felt the need to build one, parts arent easy to find and are getting scarce.

Hunting rabbits with an AR-15 rifle…?

Posted by: | Comments (10)

Today I bought my first gun, a Bushmaster AR-15 rifle. I am happy and can’t wait to go to the range with my own gun. It’s not my first time shooting an AR-15, I fired at the range with rental guns, but this time it’s different. This one is mine : ).

My uncle has a corn farm in Tyler, Texas. He told me that I’m welcome to visit him anytime … and he has a problem with hares and rabbits eating the young corn shoots from his spring planting. I’ve ate rabbit meat before and I really liked it. My brother would shoot them with his .22 cal rifle. I was wondering if the gun I just bought would be appropriate to shoot rabbits with? Or would it be too much power?

Thanks and I appreciate all your answers.
