Ive been hunting some rabbits and gotten a few kills with my pellet gun, and I’ve killed some doves but today after i got a head shot on a rabbit a neighbor of mine told me to stop because its illegal. He said that i was on private property and blah blah blah but i shot the rabbit outside of the neighbors fence and i was in the middle of the road (its a small road in the neighborhood) so do i need a license or do i just need permission from the owners of the land? BTW my pellet gun’s fps is 800. and I’m 17 <.<

I went hunting with my uncle on Saturday (I didn’t shoot animals, I don’t have my license), I just shot targets (I was pretty good for my first time). What do I do to get a hunting license? Do I go to Bass Pro?

j/w b/c i’m a 16 year old male and i’m planning on getting my hunting lisence (after i complete my gun safety course) and do you get measured/ weighed for the license? (i’m not really worried about that, b/c i’m 5’7” and weigh 120-ish pounds. but i think it would be pointless….any info on any of these questions will be appreciated!!!)

When I buy a house soon I want to start a free ghost hunting service. Would I need a license to have people come into my home and “hire” me to do an absolutely free ghost hunt in their home?

We I need a license to accept tips from them even if I don’t charge anything for my services? Or no?

We just got a dog and he’s discovered chipmunks in our backyard. He’s already killed 4 and mortally wounded 1. I had to put that poor little critter to sleep myself. That prompted me to get a wildlife exterminator who charged $95 for an inspection and $35 per chipmunk captured. I decided to cancel that service and buy a trap myself and do it myself. The exterminator said I’d need a license to trap them and if I got caught releasing them into a nearby preserve I could get fined. $1,000. I told my story to the guy at the license desk at a hunting store nearby and he said I didn’t need it if I was just catching them to protect my house. I would if I was making money selling the pelts. But he wasn’t completely sure and gave me a big brochure to read to try and find my answer. I’m lazy so I came here. Anybody know for sure?
