The only thing really that im looking for in a gun is light-ish trigger pull, cost under $300 used and wont jam. at all. and cheaper ammo. What do you suggest? oh, and no single action revolvers.

First let me give you a little bit of background, my fiance and I both live in Illinois and we have lived in Illinois for all of our lives. He might have a job opportunity for an oil company in North Dakota which would mean we would have to move out of state (which we are both alright with that) but neither of us know that much about North Dakota other than what we have learned from school and read online.

Obviously, moving is a scary thought no matter what but it’s terrifying when it’s out of state, not to mention almost 17 hours away from home.

I was just wondering from any North Dakota natives if it was a good place to live. From what I have read online and saw it’s really historic and has A LOT of different attractions and my fiance loves the hunting and outdoors. The pictures we have seen are absolutly breath taking as well. We are not sure what area we would be in yet.

If anyone has or does live there please respond. Telling me as much as you can would be great! Thanks!

Like everyone here, I look forward to this coming deer season. I was able to get a good hunting lease here in Texas where I live. I had a question guys, I know this might be a weird question.
When you harvest a whitetail, skin it, gut it, wash the meat, and finally store in an icebox. What do you do with the whitetail deer’s tail? I heard that some people keep it as a good luck charm much like a rabbit’s foot. What do you do with a whitetail deer’s tail? I don’t know why I want to keep its tail besides mounting a buck’s head on my wall.
