Does anyone know about any haunted locations in or near Tulsa Oklahoma?
Posted by: | CommentsI am going there to visit an old school chum in July and was hoping to make it a ghost hunt as well. So if you know of any places that may have paranormal activity I would love to give it a look. Thanks…~M~
Question about hunting camo?
Posted by: | CommentsDoes anyone where layers of clothes with a regular jacket and then just slip a large camo shirt on top of this? I need to get camo, but I don’t want to have to buy the expensive coats.
what should i do about this neighbor? really violent and mean?
Posted by: | Commentsok. the neighbor on the left of my farm, which is fairly close to my house, beat my dog when she got out, and tried to kill her. he had taken my dog into his house. i went looking for her when i heard the screams, (pebbles is 25lbs, max) he came out on his porch and told me the dog was on his porch, or rather indicated that she was on his porch. she was “over here” he said. and he continued to say that i would never have to worry about her anymore. i went to his porch, and he hit me on the head. i never even made to the staircase. he hit me with a metal broom handle. i called the sheriff, and the deputy did nothing. she said that pebbles was vicious to her. pebbles was scared, she is a rescue, and she had just been beaten. the deputy was leaning into her space to take a picture of her nose, which had been busted open. the neighbor lied on his report, saying that i attempted to break in to his home to get my dog.
i was sent a notice to appear for “unruly at home” charges.
the judge was not happy. he released the case. he also advised us to get a restraining order against the neighbor. he has been shooting at my field, barn cats and property. he put up a “fence” which consisted of colored rope tied to sticks in the ground. he put no hunting signs on this fence. he stands out on his porch with a gun. he has now put up security cameras on his property, pointed toward my house. we don’t have a restraining order on him yet.
ok, i guess i forgot to metion, we have a four foot chain link fence all around our property, and our dogs are very well trained
sorry spindrift. i don’t have the luxury of being able to just move away. and as the daughter and the niece of two marines, i don’t run away. we help our own.

We Care About Each Other / Eldean’s Hunting Dog
Posted by: | CommentsI put just enough lift on it to accommodate aggressive 35×12.5 snow tires. I need this size truck to haul my gear. I hound hunt and need room for 4 adults their gear and all my hounds and such. We hunt at high altitude in the snow. I have one set of chains and had to use them for the first time yesterday. I put them on the front? Not sure if it was the right choice. Anyways this snow was super slick. I have plowed through stuff way deeper with no problem but this was a different deal. Never had a problem last year at all. I have shovels, giant come-alongs, a 9000lb winch, all the rigging a person could imagine. I don’t want to use a shovel I want traction. Besides getting chains for the other axle what else should I do? Would locking diffs help? What about tire pressure? With only one set of chains what axle should get them?
