sling or strap for a rifle?
Byi have a henry 22 rifle that i bring to my cabin in el dorado national forest…i go up on this hill behind my cabin for hours at a time with my rifle. and some times when im up there for 5 or 6 hours anything even my 5 ound rifle can get a little heavy. any advice on how to put a strap on it?

Uncle Mikes and others have a sling attachment part that clamps on to the magazine tube and has a standard wood screw eye for the buttstock. Recommend a military style shooting sling. And carry with buttstock up on shoulder area to keep pressure off the thin metal of the magazine tube.
