Good job

5

Nice!

6

that sounds awesome, i have heard of people doing that with beaver too, i wil try it when beaver trapping season comes in

7

I was curious because it seems that companies render stuff like that for fat or whatever. Also, I didn’t know if it attracted coyotes and other animals but you answered that question. Great vids man – you’re doing novices like me right with the instruction.

8

Well maybe by having a more rounded point you have a lesser chance of puncturing where you don’t want to and cutting the membranes will be easier.

11

i leave the gut pile in the woods where i field dress it, the rest gets tossed on my coyote bait pile

Doe skin can be sold very well to japanese sword dudes.

13

Can the skin be used to make clothes or anything useful?

I learned a neat trick this year while butchering sheep – prior to gutting, make a small incision in the hock area on one of the back legs, then insert air compressor hose. The animal will blow up like a Macy’s parade balloon. This helps to separate the skin from the flesh, and makes skinning quite easy.

15

IM HUNGRY! is there any better reason to harvest an animal, mmmm tasty tasty backstrap.

16

Where do you dispose all the innerd guts and all that? Bury it?

17

I dont think you mentioned what your personal Youtube page was before…anyway to link to it?
