My son eats any paper all day long I hide it but he eats boxes or his diaper box or toilet paper, I don’t understand. Sometimes he’ll not eat dinner and hunt around for paper, He literally eats it. My dad bought a pair of boots and My son ate half the shoe box before i relized it. HELP why is my son eating paper so much. He’ll beg to go in the bathroom to eat the toilet paper.

wow! well first, i’d seriously call his doctor and ask him/her if it could possibly be a nutritional deficiency. for example, ice chewers are usually lacking zinc…..
My son is 5 but he did the same thing when he was little. He would pick the fuzzies off his diaper and eat them, I had an angora sweater that was oh so soft, I couldn’t wear it because he would pull off the hair and eat it too!
healthy, happy, smart and all that Jazz!
He outgrew it, I am interested to know what it’s all about though.
I hope it’s something that is just outgrown I will keep checking and see what you get back.
BTW my son is fine
It sounds to me your toddler is learing about his senses .
Taste being a big one , he may want to get at it more because your so insitant he not have it .
Cant hurt him & nothing to worry about , my daughter will be 2 in March & I still find here sticking things in her mouth .
