My hunting buddy is mad at me?

We were shooting pheasants today and when we got back to the truck he said that was that was our last pheasant hunt. I went to go feed my lab and that’s when he said.

Sorry you lost your partner. Why’d he get mad, cause you fed the dog?
You should ask him. Dont hold back.
Ok sorry, do you have a question or do you just want to talk about it.
…and what exactly is your question? Please explain to me why you’re telling us this sob story anyhow. Your buddy is the one you pissed off… so ask him what you did. I suspect you already know… and if you don’t know… that could go a long way towards explaining his feelings.
man hunting buddies are gold do what it takes to keep him
Grab a 12 pack of y’alls favorite beer and talk it out. See what’s bugging him and what can you do to square it up.
I lol’d at bigboy62′s comment. Seriously, do what Butch said. Beer solves the weirdest of problems.
Something must have been said or done to tick him off. People don’t get upset for no reason.. there’s always a reason even if they say there isn’t.
Give your friend a few days then talk to him about it.
Sorry you lost your hunting buddy, but you didn’t give us much to go on besides he’s ticked. Good luck with it. And don’t let simple things ruin a friendship.

Funny how everyone is saying to drink over this… did they look at your profile to see how old you are? I don’t know what the laws are like in Canada, but its illegal to drink down here in the states until your 21. Besides, no matter someone’s age.. drinking never solves anything.
Did you pepper him with shot? Did you cover him with your gun muzzle? Did you admit to a steamy affair with his wife? Did you call his mother a cheap prostitute? Did you shoot his dog? Something happened.
Ummm,, don’t listen to what anyone has said yet. None of these are age appropriate answers. All you who told him to drink away the problems or something about someone elses wife… he’s just a kid (check out his profile)
My advice to you would be to leave him alone for a couple days. He should cool off and it will be like nothing happened. Guys solve problems easily like that.
Or… you took his comment the wrong way. Maybe pheasant season is over? or he’s just not that into killing animals anymore and is growing out of that stage in his life? Maybe he wasn’t mad at all and was just stating a fact.
Anyway, don’t worry about it. It will all work out in the long run. Live your life and give your problems to God. As it says in Matthew 6:34 – “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will care for itself.” Can’t get any better advice than that!

Sorry to hear but,I can’t find a question with a 60x scope and a good hound dog.
* Forget about it, its no big deal, he will get over it. Don’t worry, be happy, go hunting.*
