Is this a good hunting style?

I can’t afford ammo so i hide in a tree and when the deer walks by i jump on it and slit it throat with my knife. I am pretty much Rambo when it comes to hunting. Any advice?
I think this would work if you had a big enough knife to reach all the way around the neck at a 15 degree angle so it cuts just precisely at 2.74 in. through the trachea and kills the deer. Yah. by this calculation you should do real good.

Um, No. Deer can run much faster than you, have highly ears. And can kill you easily at close range. And if you don’t have the money for ammo sell you gun and buy a bow, or make one yourself.
I think you’re gonna be hungry a lot.
Save yourself some time and get a Winchester Model 94 30.30, and fire up the grill for some venison back straps!
im feelin what this freddy guy said just grab the antlers and snap the neck very effective works great on bears too although with a bear i prefer to jump on its back then blow its face to pieces with a shotgun… he aint runnin very long

If your home state has a primitive-weapons hunting season, sure. You’d likely need at least a 10-inch blade, though.
No this is not a good hunting style. First I do not think that you could kill a deer like that because by the time you jumped out, they would be out of there. Deer are way too smart, and I think you have to be god to do something like that. Also, you could just buy a bow. If you get arrows, then it will last you at least a couple shots instead of just one shot. Or instead you could buy ammo and reload them which is a lot cheaper.
