It depends on the law and your age as I said before.
They can come on your land unless a gate is up across the road unless they suspect illegal activity.
If your property has multiple access then they could do that if they see hunters.
The only requirement is that you know how to spell the word “allowed” as in the sentence, I can’t spell so I’m not “allowed” to hunt on personal property. If you say it “aloud” then everyone will hear you.
Okay that ends today’s lesson now seriously to your question the answer is… Well I’m not sure because it depends on your state, county, and local laws. I’m sure if you go to your states website you will be able to contact fish & game and get the real answer not dimwitted speculation.
No one here can tell you without knowing where you live, but I have never heard of a state that did not allow hunters of any age to hunt on their own private property. In fact, in my state, as a junior hunter, you can also hunt on public property.
Why would game officials be allowed on your property? How do they know they are allowed? Did you call or write to them to tell them this, or put up a big sign?
In my state it is perfectly legal for you to hunt on your own property without regard to your age. Game wardens can come into your house without a search warrant and search the freezers, etc. They can stop your vehicle and search it without a search warrant. They have more powers in this regard then the police or state troopers.Yes they can come on your private property.
