You need liability insurance that would cover any accidents so your clients can not file suit against you and take your land. Consult an insurance agent.
You need to make sure your clients follow all rules and regulations. Clients would need to supply their own license and tags, you would assist them and maybe be setup with the state to sell licenses. You should also be setup with taxidermist and butchers and get a cut of anything you refer.
Other than that you need to do the rest, like marketing and advertising, as you would any other business.
I would also find creative ways to attract and keep game on your land. If that means closing parts of it off at times or limiting how many hunts you do a year you should do that. It wouldn’t take too much hunting pressure to deplete the land of its resources.

In addition to what the other guy said, I would sugguest that you have something worth hunting and have a price to match the quality of the game.
I would also recommend to have lodging, it doesn’t have to be big, just something warm with a roof and relative clenliness. Some hot home-made food would also be welcome to the hunter coming in from a cold day.
Lastly, it would be smart to fence in your property so the trophies dont escape

Your best bet is to simply lease your property to a hunting club. A guideline would be for about $6 an acre per year with a 5 year lock in on the lease. After that if the land contains a lot of deer or some big deer you can re-bid it and go up on the cost per acre. You would make about $3,600 a year and have no overhead. If you have the room and I’m sure you do, you could provide camper trailer hook ups to water and electricity and charge $500 per year for each camper on the property. A guide line to follow is allow close to 100 acres per hunter to keep from overcrowding the woods. You wont get rich, but if you had 4 people take you up on the camper hook ups you would take in about $5.600 clear dollars a year and never lift a hand after you have the hook ups in place. The figures I have given you is modeled after the many hunting leases in my area. But Ohio may be different and people may not accept having to belong to a lease to hunt, but in the south it is the best and safest way to go. And the hunting experience is so much more enjoyable when you are hunting and camping with friends and family. The only thing you will have to do is take out insurance in case of accidents of some kind, but it is dirt cheap. Hunting is one of the safest sports it is. Another thing you may want to do is to include as landowner your right to be an non-paying member of the lease so you will have the right to hunt also. Most every lease I have ever been on did this if it was on private land and not timber company land.
