Sam I have only been on 2 hunts where protective chest harnesses were used on the dogs. The majority of the guides and services I used don’t want to restrict the dogs with the harnesses. I have 6 of my own dogs now and its just an accepted part of running hogs that the dogs are gonna get cut and hit. Take a good canine medical kit with you. As for the harnesses I saw in use, all were custom made by the guides to fit each dog.
Best to just go ahead and carry antiseptics and a suture kit. I dont use harnesses on my dogs because it would limit mobility. I dont use catch dogs.. just baying dogs and even they get stuck on occasion. Best to be able to sanitize and suture the wounds on the spot.

Wow..we don’t have boars here. Well Cabelas seems to have everything under the sun for a hunter. How about there.
