~FAKE SCENARIO~
PETA is gaining control over the U.S. government. One of the first things they are addressing is using dogs. They want to make breeding, showing, hunting with, and keeping dogs as pets illegal. Fortunately there are groups like the AKC and other various breed clubs fighting against this, but PETA is convincing – or perhaps threatening – people to join them.
This proposal is eventually given:
1 Two GROUPS of dogs will be allowed to stay. They will be allowed to be bred, hunted with, kept, and shown. (PETA strongly fought against this but lost the debates.) Others will be sterilized.
2 To reduce the amount of meat going into pet foods only eight brands will be allowed to stay in business.
3 Seeing eye dogs must wear vests that say “PETA Fought to Liberate us From this Slavery”. (PETA’s idea of course)
2 options -
For #1 select those 2 groups
For #2 select those 10 brands
OR
Write something against the laws. Convince the gov.

To the government if you start doing this to our dogs next will be people. This is taking away hour freedoms. Keep your noes out of my home.

People wake up to the fact that in their supposed zeal to “save” animals, they are a group that thrives on KILLING THEM. The ends don’t justify the means:
And then fight it because it is against the constitution to seize property. It’s different when there is cruelty and neglect involved. But to tell adults they can’t own the dog of their choice or to enforce mandatory spaying and neutering and demand doggie pediatric spays (happening already) by law for everyone in any area is a violation of the constitution.
I am all for laws to protect animals from neglect or abuse, or from PETA’s euthansia program!!
But I am not for the elimination of dogs as working dogs (police, search and rescue, medical assistance, herding dogs, etc.) or as pets.
I think as laws are enacted that start forcing these things people are waking up, and realize their breed of dog or their animal companion might be the next to be targeted.
Option 4:
Assassinate Ingrid Newkirk and go on with my life.
(I especially can’t stand her since she believes in “saving” all breeds of dogs, except the pitbull, which I happen to be an enthusiast of)
Unfortunately, this is NOT a hypothetical question – it is starting already with the breed specific legislation, horse slaughter ban, mandatory spay and neuter,changing us from “owners” to “guardians” (which may give us a warm fuzzy feeling but takes away our rights when it comes to our animals) and it is only goung to get worse
