Final Fantasy 12 Hunt… White Mousse Where are You?

I have been searching these questions for a long time and I can’t seem to find mine so I feel like a real idiot. I am trying to hunt the white mousse but I cant seem to get anywhere in the garamsythe waterway. 1 door from lowtown just says “shut tight” or something like that and the other leads to the overflow and central sluice control but I cant go anywhere from there. Is there another entrance? Is there a way to unlock the other door? What the hell am I supposed to do?
From the central Sluice control, there is one path down the left side of the map. It’s tough to see, but it’s there. I suggest paying attention to how enemies in the area get to you as you wander around.
Alright, the first thing you need to do is get into the central sluice control. When you comeplete this hunt, you will get the sluice gate key, which is very important for several side quests. from the central sluice control, you will see lots of exits. Take the one straight across from the save crystal. You will need to go all the way down to the big rooms at the bottom, and it will be there in the one farthest to the left. I just took that thing down yesterday, but I had already finished the game, and my fighters were at level 65ish, so I was kinda behind on the hunts
It helps a lot to cast ardor on it, if you have it. You can get it in the Barheim Passage after you do the ‘patient in the estersand’ side quest. While you are in the Barheim, you can also take on Zalera….
