What is the best way to grill fish on a outdoor gas grill?

I know there is lots of recipes on the best marinades etc. for the fish. But I mean the actual ‘act’ of grilling the fish fillets on the grill. I’ve tried on the bare grill rack (too fast, singe marks, drop through into the flames), on foil/ wrapped in foil (better) but half of the fish ends up stuck to the foil! The best I’ve seen done is hickory wood grill planks laid on the grill rack and the fish cooked on top of these heated planks, but I don’t know where to get such planks.
Any tips on the best way to actually grill fish fillets (no matter how prepared) on a outdoor gas grill?
Fish types might be store bought salmon, cod, or wild game fish…pike, bass, trout etc.

How do you cook a goose? (filets)?

My friends and I have a school project, and its a ‘Wild Game feed’ … So we got stuck with a ‘entire goose’ which is actually 8, like, goose chops/ filet things. We were planning on roasting this ‘entire goose’ (kinda like a turkey on thanksgiving) but we’re stupid and don’t know how to do it, now that we know it isn’t an intact turkey. Do you have recipes for roasting, frying, or baking or whatever, for goose filets??

Sausage recipes……….?

I know that this isn’t the food section. I just thought that this may be the best place to get some good replies.

I’ve been getting into sausage making as of late. So far I’ve made summer sausage, breakfast sausage and links, bratwurst, and Kielbasa/Polish sausage. I have all the equipment needed along with four books. All have turned out well with the exception of one batch gleaned from a recipe from a book I no longer trust. I’m also aware of websites like www.sausagemaking .com.

I guess that I’m looking for something that I can use this fall and not have to worry about wasting valuable wild game doing the old trial and error thing.

So, does anyone have a sausage recipe they’re willing to share, or at least provide a link to? I’m looking for HOME Made sausage recipes, not recipes containing pre-made sausage.

Bench: Mannah, Sutton, Galloway,Learoyd Lahrs
Look Guys before you jump down my throat.. the threat of Haynes game at 5/8 is enough to give him the gig over our other options. Will give Soward the room he needs at halfback (which he basically is anyway)and Dugan in the team is the wild card we need. Its an X factor team and then bringing Sutton off the bench for Gallen at the 30 minute mark will slip our offense into overdrive. If you have Hayne or Farah running at you with Gasnier and/or Idris running the angle with Dugan running a straight line and Uate/Morriss with some room out wide you would be in all sorts. Sutton coming on to stand up defence and offload with the heat out of the game is seriously a recipe for offensive carnage. Stop picking defensive teams and fight fire with fire Sticky cos we have the players!!

So what do you think what should i fix and do you agree or disagree
